1 Eligibility

To create an account and use PHSWERTE, you must satisfy all of the eligibility conditions explained below, including being at least 21 years old. PHSWERTE enforces these conditions strictly and treats every account the same way.

• You need to be at least 21 years old at the time you register on PHSWERTE.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You cannot be currently employed by PHSWERTE, work as a contractor, or be an immediate family member of a PHSWERTE employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from PHSWERTE for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
• When you register, make sure all information you submit to PHSWERTE is accurate and truthful.

At any time, PHSWERTE may ask you to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or another government-issued ID. If you fail to provide them within a reasonable period, your account may be suspended or closed. Age verification is strictly required on PHSWERTE, and no player under 21 will be allowed to keep an active account or place any bets.

2 Account Rules

You may only hold one PHSWERTE account. Your PHSWERTE account is for your personal use only and must not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including all bets and transactions.

• Make sure to provide a valid email address and correct personal details when you create your PHSWERTE account.
• You are responsible for keeping your PHSWERTE login credentials secure and confidential at all times.
• If you think someone may have gotten into your PHSWERTE account without your permission, tell PHSWERTE support right away.
• You are not allowed to sell, transfer, or assign your PHSWERTE account to any other person, no matter the situation.
• Make sure the information on your PHSWERTE account stays current. If your details are outdated, it can slow down withdrawal requests or identity checks.
• Opening more than one PHSWERTE account is strictly forbidden. This includes accounts set up under different names or with different payment details. If you do this, all related accounts will be closed.

PHSWERTE uses both automated checks and manual reviews to spot duplicate accounts and unusual sign-up patterns. When a duplicate account is found, PHSWERTE will shut down every account tied to it. Any bonus money credited to those duplicate accounts will be taken back. Real money balances might be returned to the original payment method only after verification, and this is at PHSWERTE's discretion.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on PHSWERTE are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The payment methods available for your account are listed on the deposit and withdrawal pages, and only those listed options are currently accepted. The following rules apply to every financial transaction on the platform.

• After your payment is successfully confirmed, the deposit is credited to your PHSWERTE account immediately.
• The minimum deposit amount for PHSWERTE is shown on the deposit page, and it may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account that is registered in your own name. PHSWERTE does not allow third-party withdrawals.
• Before a withdrawal is released, PHSWERTE may ask for extra verification, especially for first-time cashouts or higher amounts.
• Withdrawals on PHSWERTE are usually processed quickly, though delays can happen when the platform is handling a high volume of requests or while verification is still pending.
• Standard deposits and withdrawals through PHSWERTE do not carry platform fees, but your mobile payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• If you deposited funds but have not used them for betting, you may still withdraw them as long as the usual verification steps are completed.
• PHSWERTE may hold or reject a withdrawal when there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud or a violation of these PHSWERTE terms.

4 Betting Rules

Every bet you place on PHSWERTE is governed by the rules below. When you submit a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these platform terms. PHSWERTE may cancel any bet that does not follow the stated conditions.

• Only players with a verified PHSWERTE account and enough balance can place bets.
• After PHSWERTE confirms a bet, you can no longer cancel or change it.
• PHSWERTE may set or adjust maximum stake limits on any market at any time without giving advance notice.
• If a technical glitch or system error shows incorrect odds, PHSWERTE may cancel the affected bets and refund the stakes to the players.
• PHSWERTE will void any bet placed after the outcome of the event is already known.
• If you are betting professionally or using an automated system, PHSWERTE will not accept your wagers.
• For live in-play wagering on PHSWERTE, the odds that apply are the ones shown when the system actually accepts your bet. The quoted odds can move between the moment you place the bet and the moment the platform processes it.
• Betting on any market can be suspended by PHSWERTE at its sole discretion, even in the middle of a live event.

PHSWERTE is committed to maintaining the integrity of its betting markets. Any player involved in match fixing, insider betting, or other forms of betting fraud will have their account permanently closed and any associated winnings canceled. PHSWERTE also works with relevant authorities when there is suspected betting fraud.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

New and existing players may occasionally receive bonus offers from PHSWERTE. These offers come with promotion-specific terms as well as the general bonus rules described here. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms before you claim any bonus on the platform.

• Bonus funds credited to your PHSWERTE account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

• Bonuses from PHSWERTE are meant for personal and recreational use only. Using these offers in a systematic or professional manner to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
• PHSWERTE may revoke a bonus offer before it is claimed, at its own discretion and at any time.
• PHSWERTE will forfeit bonuses and review the accounts of players who abuse bonus offers through multiple accounts or coordinated play.
• A bonus credited to your PHSWERTE account stays linked to that account and cannot be transferred to another user. You also cannot turn it into cash unless you have completed the wagering conditions attached to the specific promotion.
• PHSWERTE may assign different contribution rates to different games when it comes to clearing a bonus. Not every game on the platform counts the same way toward the wagering requirement, so a promo can be cleared faster with some games than with others.

6 Responsible Gaming

PHSWERTE is dedicated to responsible gaming and reminds all players that the platform is intended for adults aged 21 and above. Playing on PHSWERTE should remain a fun form of entertainment. If it stops feeling enjoyable and starts causing financial or personal stress, the platform provides tools to help you manage your activity.

7 Account Termination

If PHSWERTE determines that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or behaved in a way that harms the platform or other players, PHSWERTE may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without advance notice.

• Accounts may be closed if you provide false registration information, such as an incorrect age or fake identity details.
• PHSWERTE may suspend an account while it investigates suspected fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• PHSWERTE may close an account if it finds that the player is in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• You may request the closure of your own PHSWERTE account at any time by contacting support.

After account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification and provided you have not breached these terms. Bonus balances and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds may be forfeited if a terms violation is identified.

8 Limitation of Liability

PHSWERTE provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will always be free from errors.

• PHSWERTE is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions that are outside PHSWERTE’s reasonable control.
• PHSWERTE is not responsible for any losses that result from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Under these platform terms, PHSWERTE will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses that arise from your use of the platform.
• If a player files a claim, PHSWERTE's total liability to that player will not exceed the total amount the player deposited during the 12 months immediately before the claim.

9 Privacy

10 Governing Law

These PHSWERTE terms and any dispute arising from your use of the platform will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where PHSWERTE operates. By using PHSWERTE, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolving any disputes arising from these platform terms.

If a court with proper jurisdiction finds any part of these Terms and Conditions invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will stay valid and in effect. If PHSWERTE does not enforce a right or provision right away, that does not mean it waives that right or provision.
